Bob Little

Bob Little, Senior Partner, Bob Little Press & PR

A business-to-business public relations specialist who's been running his own PR consultancy since 1990, Bob Little has a wealth of communications experience - as a writer, speaker, singer, editor, blogger, tweeter and adviser on corporate communications, along with corporate reputation and crisis management.

Before becoming a PR specialist, he'd been employed as a management trainer, economist and in-house journalist - learning and demonstrating the many research and communications skills necessary for success in each of these posts.

In addition, he's pursued a number of parallel careers - demonstrating a further set of communications skills. For example, having trained as an opera singer, Bob has performed as a semi-professional principal tenor in operas and concerts around the UK. You can even hear him performing, via YouTube.

His PR consultancy - Bob Little Press & PR - works around the world, currently with global clients based in Italy and the UK. At present, he writes regularly for publications in the UK, Germany and Latin America.

Bob has worked in the road transport and logistics sector - and, indeed, is a Liveryman in the Worshipful Company of Carmen (the ancient transport and logistics livery company in the City of London). He is also a Freeman of the City of London.

In 2013, his first e-book in the field of e-leaning/ online learning technologies was published. Called, 'Perspectives on Learning Technologies' (e-book; ASIN: B00A9K1VVS) it's available from The Endless Bookcase and from Amazon. It contains over 200 pages of observations on issues in learning technologies, principally for learning & development professionals.

In the summer of 2014, his first history book - a history of Pendley Manor in Hertfordshire - was published. And, as 'Robert Little', he's written conventional and e-books on (classical) music.
