Cornerstone
OnDemand European General Manager to Discuss e-Learning Trends at
Solutions Ressources Humaines Expo
Cornerstone OnDemand
Inc. (Stand B17), the specialist in on-demand, integrated learning and
talent management software and services, today announced that Vincent
Belliveau, the company's European general manager, will be among the
experts discussing e-Learning technology trends and innovations on an
opening day panel for Solutions Ressources Humaines E-Learning Expo
2009.
The panel, entitled "ELearning
Platforms: State of the Art" and moderated by Michele Diaz, director of
Fefaur and head editor of e-learning-infos.com, is scheduled for 10
March, from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. The expo is being held 10-12 March, 2009
in Hall 5.1, at Porte de Versailles, Paris.
"Geographically dispersed workforces and limited budgets are driving
increased implementation of blended learning programs, with companies
in France and continental Europe migrating more of their online
training to eLearning and virtual training," said Vincent Belliveau,
General Manager, EMEA, Cornerstone OnDemand Inc. "In addition, more
organisations are realising the significant benefits of using a single
platform across the enterprise for all eLearning and instructor-led
training initiatives, thus truly industrialising their blended learning
programs."
In addition to conducting demonstrations of its Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)-based
learning and talent management solutions, Cornerstone also is leading
two workshops during the expo, which will discuss the emerging role of
enterprise social networks for developing and retaining top talent.
Commented Belliveau, "There is growing interest in incorporating
enterprise social networks as part of a blended learning strategy. For
example, employees can continue to develop and exchange knowledge via
communities of practice."
The expo workshops include:
"The Critical Role of
Enterprise Social Networking in Successful Learning & Talent Management
Strategies" (Wednesday, 11 March, 10 - 11 a.m., Room 1)
"The Critical Role of
Enterprise Social Networking in Successful Learning & Talent Management
Strategies" (Thursday, 12 March, 3:15 - 4:15 p.m., Room 2)
