E-Learning Centre adds Virtual Coach courses in negotiation and
sales skills
Customers of The E-Learning Centre
website can now develop their sales, sales planning and negotiation
skills via four courses produced by the
Virtual Coach.
This UK-based organisation, founded by the award winning salesman
and internationally acclaimed coach, Alan McCarthy, of
RDC, is providing access via the
E-Learning Centre website to its courses on
negotiation,
advanced negotiation,
sales target planning and ‘winning
more sales'. Those who buy the course also have access to 12
months support, via such things as webinars, as they develop their
skills.
David Patterson, a director of
Learning Light, which owns the E-Learning Centre and provides
advice and help to organisations using e-learning and learning
technologies to improve their business performance, commented: "The
Virtual Coach's online coaching environment contains a portal which
provides a complete training environment for sales needs.
"The online portal allows you to access training, implementation
tools, reports, support and everything else you need without ever
having to leave the office. You can work at a pace that suits you
and get extra help whenever you need it."
In a career spanning more than 30 years, Alan McCarthy has sold for
Rank Xerox, Exxon, Dun and Bradstreet, US Lines and ICL - selling
into, and managing, sales teams selling to the financial services,
logistics, automotive, IT and consultancy sectors. He began
training, developing and consulting in sales related subjects in
1987.
For the past 15 years, Alan has focused on training, developing and
coaching experienced sales teams and their executives. He has
conducted over 400 assignments in 40 countries, including 26 of the
American states.
"Alan's unique style and experiences in competitive selling
strategies for high value sales propositions has resulted in his
clients winning hundreds of millions of pounds of business, in
highly competitive arenas," said David Patterson. "We're delighted
to be making his - and his organisation's - expertise available to
E-Learning Centre customers."
The E-Learning Centre website - an information resource about
e-learning and learning technologies - contains several hundred
courses from acknowledged world leaders in generic online courses,
including eJ4, eltalking, Vado, the Virtual College,
PresentationTube, Learning Light and the language specialists,
