e-Academy for companies from MyKnowledgeMap

MyKnowledgeMap (MKM) has introduced a version of its e-Academy system enabling companies to manage staff skills and development needs ranging from day-to-day productivity to discovering and achieving relevant qualifications.

Company Academy supports the management of internal courses. Designed to run over an intranet, or provided as a hosted solution, it can be provided as an empty infrastructure, ready for an organisation to populate with its own material.

Alternatively, it is available with various content packs and can be fully branded to complement the user organisation's house style.

Its sophisticated group-ware environment provides collaborative training accessed by geographically dispersed users using only a web browser to enable simultaneous teamwork and share training resources.

Company Academy integrates company workshops, courses and libraries of e-learning, online books and podcasts seamlessly.

It can be used to manage inductions, organise appraisals and deliver and document mandatory health and safety training.

It includes a complete self-assessment and 360-degree assessment system and tracks user progress.

In addition to offering e-Academies for private and local government sectors, MKM is the UK's leading supplier of infrastructure systems for national skill academies.

Skills Council clients - including Skillsmart Retail, Improve and SkillsActive - cover sectors including food & drink manufacturing, sport & active leisure, care, and retail.
