Open to in-house or external trainers, the award criteria recognise that candidates must 'demonstrate the ability to understand the needs of each assignment and to establish, develop, implement and deliver successful training programmes leading to signi?cant performance improvement. Evidence of measurement of the training effectiveness is also an essential requirement'.
