Cornerstone OnDemand demonstrates integrated talent management
software at Germany's major HR show
Cornerstone OnDemand, a provider of on-demand, integrated learning and
talent management software and services, is exhibiting its state-of-the
art products at this year's Zukunft Personal 2008 (9 - 10 September,
Cologne, Germany).
The US-based company, which has European offices in London, Paris,
Munich and Tel Aviv, will demonstrate how Cornerstone's software and
services provide one centralised, highly graphical view of an
organisation's talent activity, including learning and talent
management tools and resources, to help in engaging and empowering
their workforce. Cornerstone also provides extended enterprise
solutions to help organisations collaborate with and train customers,
vendors and other partners. As a multi-tenant, multi-user
Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), Cornerstone provides a faster, more
efficient way for companies to evolve and manage their talent strategy
without the hassles of version upgrades and IT costs.
Cornerstone's integrated talent management suite is now available in 13
languages and serves more than a million users around the world.
"Never before have managers been able to truly get a holistic view of
how their employees' learning and development activities impact
performance, succession and organisational success," said Vincent
Belliveau, Cornerstone OnDemand's General Manager, EMEA.
"Our integrated learning and talent management software is configurable
for each user, giving it both extreme flexibility and ease of use,"
Belliveau added.
"Moreover, as a Software-as-a-Service offer, there is no installation
or customisation work required."
"This means customers can reap the benefits of Cornerstone's Talent
Management Suite in just a few weeks, as well as benefit from a lower
total cost ownership. In addition, users are guaranteed to always
access the latest version of the software."
Cornerstone recently was positioned in the 'Leaders' Quadrant of the
Gartner Magic Quadrant for Corporate Learning Systems (CLS) report
(June 2008), which positions vendors according to their ability to
execute and their completeness of vision. Additionally, Cornerstone was
named as one of the world's top three talent management software
providers in Bersin & Associates' study, 'Talent Management Suites:
Market Realities, Implementation Experiences, and Vendor Profiles,
2008.'
"At this year's Zukunft Personal, we're giving key decision makers in
talent management the chance to try out our products for themselves,"
Belliveau said.
You can visit Cornerstone OnDemand at Stand number D24 in Hall 4.1 at
the Zukunft Personal 2008 exhibition.

Notes for Editors
About Zukunft Personal (
http://www.zukunft-personal.de/content/ )
The first Zukunft Personal was held in 2000, in Karlsruhe, Germany but
the event then moved to Cologne.
The two day event now attracts nearly 500 exhibitors and over 6,000
'business decision maker level' visitors – making Zukunft Personal the
largest HR exhibition in Germany. In addition to the exhibition,
Zukunft Personal includes practical forums as well as 'action zones',
where business coaches go through their paces.
Among other things, this year's event will outline how new technology,
demographic change and increasing globalisation are changing the way we
work. According to Zukunft Personal keynote speaker Dennis R. Briscoe,
Professor emeritus at the University of San Diego, work is now
characterised by 'VUCA': volatility, uncertainty, complexity and
ambiguity. Briscoe believes that the keys to success in this climate is
to invest in human capital while aiming to remain innovative and
flexible.
Since the demands of the workplace are changing, many HR managers have
to adapt job descriptions as well as training and remuneration systems
to meet these new conditions. Briscoe believes that a general lack of
available talent is a challenge to HR management because it makes
recruiting more difficult.
